Orders placed on compasstech.gr on working days until 13.00 and provided that the product is available, are usually delivered in 2-3 days in the main cities of Greece. For the rest of the regions, delivery varies accordingly and can take up to 5 working days. In areas characterized as difficult to reach by the cooperating courier company, the delivery time is determined on a case-by-case basis and we estimate that it can take up to 7 working days. Deliveries are made on working days and hours respectively, not valid on holidays and weekends. In case you want the delivery to take place on Saturday, there will be an extra charge. For orders with products that may not be available, but upon order, we will contact you by phone to inform you of the delivery time of the products.

Για έξτρα ασφάλεια, η πληρωμή με πιστωτική κάρτα γίνεται για λογαριασμό μας, μέσω της υπηρεσίας Stripe. Όλες οι πληρωμές που πραγματοποιούνται με χρήση κάρτας διεκπεραιώνονται μέσω της πλατφόρμας ηλεκτρονικών πληρωμών της Stripe και χρησιμοποιεί κρυπτογράφηση TLS 1.1 με πρωτόκολλο κρυπτογράφησης 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Η κρυπτογράφηση είναι ένας τρόπος κωδικοποίησης της πληροφορίας μέχρι αυτή να φτάσει στον ορισμένο αποδέκτη της, ο οποίος θα μπορέσει να την αποκωδικοποιήσει με χρήση του κατάλληλου κλειδιού.

Η πλατφόρμα Stripe είναι ένας επεξεργαστής πληρωμών για διαδικτυακές επιχειρήσεις.

 Η Stripe λειτουργεί με την τεχνολογία tokenized payments. Με λίγα λόγια, η φόρμα πληρωμών υπάρχει μέσα στην ιστοσελίδα, κάθε νέος πελάτης μπαίνει, παίρνει έναν μοναδικό κωδικό (που δεν φαίνεται σε κανέναν) και μπορεί να πληρώσει για τις υπηρεσίες και τα προϊόντα χωρίς προβλήματα και με την μέγιστη ασφάλεια μιας και όλη η φόρμα των πληρωμών έρχεται από την Stripe “αυτόματα”. Έτσι ο πελάτης σας νιώθει και ασφαλής αλλά μπορεί να ολοκληρώσει την παραγγελία του χωρίς να μεταφερθεί πουθενά.

Αυτός ο μοναδικός κωδικός που δημιουργήθηκε είναι πάντα μοναδικός και μπορεί να πατήσει να αποθηκεύσει τα στοιχεία του στην Stripe. Αποθηκεύεται μόνο αυτός ο κωδικός, χωρίς τα στοιχεία της κάρτας του, και μπορεί να ξαναπληρώσει οποτεδήποτε ξανα έρθει στην σελίδα, χωρίς να ξαναβάλει τα στοιχεία της κάρτας του και να είναι σίγουρος ότι κανείς άλλος δεν βλέπει τα στοιχεία του, ούτε και η ίδια η Stripe. Εάν η κάρτα του αλλάξει ή λήξει, ο κωδικός αυτός λήγει αυτόματα και δε μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ξανά. Με νέα κάρτα δημιουργείται νέος κωδικός.

Για λόγους ασφαλείας, τα στοιχεία των χρεωστικών/πιστωτικών/προπληρωμένων δεν αποθηκεύονται προς μελλοντική χρήση. Κατά συνέπεια, θα πρέπει να καταχωρούνται εκ νέου κάθε φορά που πραγματοποιείται ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία από τον χρήστη. Με την καταχώρηση των απαιτούμενων στοιχείων της χρεωστικής/πιστωτικής/προπληρωμένης, ο επισκέπτης/χρήστης δηλώνει ότι είναι ο νόμιμος δικαιούχος της κάρτας και συναινεί στην χρέωση τους με το αντίστοιχο ποσό για να ολοκληρωθεί η ηλεκτρονική συναλλαγή για αγορά του προϊόντος μέσω του e-shop της Compass Techologies ΟΕ. Αν η συναλλαγή δεν ολοκληρωθεί λόγω μη επαρκούς υπολοίπου της κάρτας, λόγω απόρριψής τους από την εκδούσα τράπεζα ή δίκτυο καρτών, ή λόγω οποιασδήποτε αστοχίας αντίστοιχου υλικού, λογισμικού ή δικτύου, ουδεμία ευθύνη φέρει η Compass Techologies ΟΕ.

• Once you have completed your order you will automatically receive an email from our website that will have your order exactly as you placed it. If you do not receive the automated email with the order you have placed, please check your spam/junk because it may have ended up there, or you have provided the wrong email.
• The time required to receive the package we send by courier is usually one working day for Attica, two working days for the rest of Greece, while in some cases of small remote islands or hard-to-reach areas 3-6 days. Please note that parcels are delivered by the courier from Monday to Friday. In cases of general strikes and in cases of severe bad weather, the above days are likely to increase. In any case, we have no responsibility for any delays that are not due to us. If you are expecting a parcel from us and you have not received it within the above mentioned days please contact us.
• You will be asked to sign for the receipt of the package. This means that at the address you give us someone should be there to collect the package. If the courier does not find someone there, they will leave a "note" and try again to deliver the package to you. If the courier fails to find you in three attempts, the package will be returned to us. If it is returned and you want it resent you will have to pay for the second shipment.
• If you have chosen to pay by bank deposit your order will only be shipped when your deposit appears in our account.
• Parcels are only sent if you have given us a contact phone number. It is better to give both a landline and a mobile contact number as well as an email.
• Even if you have not chosen cash on delivery for the shipment of your order, it is necessary to give us a phone number for communication in the morning hours (10:00 am – 3:30 pm) so that the courier can contact you if necessary to deliver the package to you , or to be able to find you in the event of a problem.

• ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Το παραστατικό υποχρεωτικά τοποθετείται εξωτερικά του δέματος σε ειδική αυτοκόλλητη θήκη. Αφαιρέστε το παραστατικό πριν πετάξετε τη συσκευασία.
