Information, terms and conditions for shipments to Greece

  • Your acceptance of all terms and conditions on this page is required to place an order. If you do not accept any of the terms please do not place an order. Placing an order means automatically accepting all terms.
  • All prices on our website are retail and include VAT.
  • Once you have completed your order you will automatically receive an email from our website that will have your order exactly as you placed it. If you do not receive the automated email with the order you have placed, please check your spam/junk because it may have ended up there, or you have provided the wrong email.
  • The time required to receive the package we send by courier is usually one working day for Attica, two working days for the rest of Greece, while in some cases of small remote islands or hard-to-reach areas 3-6 days. Please note that parcels are delivered by the courier from Monday to Friday. In cases of general strikes and in cases of severe bad weather, the above days are likely to increase. In any case, we have no responsibility for any delays that are not due to us. If you are expecting a parcel from us and you have not received it within the above mentioned days please contact us.
  • You will be asked to sign for the receipt of the package. This means that at the address you give us someone should be there to collect the package. If the courier does not find someone there, they will leave a "note" and try again to deliver the package to you. If the courier fails to find you in three attempts, the package will be returned to us. If it is returned and you want it resent you will have to pay for the second shipment.
  • If you have chosen to pay by bank deposit your order will only be shipped when your deposit appears in our account.
  • Parcels are only sent if you have given us a contact phone number. It is better to give both a landline and a mobile contact number as well as an email.
  • Even if you have not chosen cash on delivery for the shipment of your order, it is necessary to give us a phone number for communication in the morning hours (10:00 am – 3:30 pm) so that the courier can contact you if necessary to deliver the package to you , or to be able to find you in the event of a problem.
  •  Prices, any offers / discounts on the website, can change at any time, without notice.
  •  We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we consider that a reason arises that we consider serious.
  • The products we ship are always in excellent condition. We make every effort to pack your order very carefully, in reinforced packaging, so that the products can be transported safely and without loss. In the unusual case that during transport your package arrives with obvious external damage, please do not receive it, telling the courier that you refuse to receive it because it looks damaged.
  •  Any shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system. In the unlikely event that the shipping cost calculation is incorrect due to some website malfunction (either in your favor or against you) we will notify you by email or phone of a possible shipping difference (if such an issue arises).

Returns accepted - by arrangement.

 

A. If the shipped product has a problem, or we have sent you the wrong product, after we have agreed, we will pay for the cost of returning it and send you another product to replace it at our own expense.

B. If you change your mind and want to return the product, after contacting us, you must pay for the cost of returning the product. When we receive the returned product, if it is in perfect condition, unopened, in its original packaging, we will send you* another product of equivalent value, or refund the purchase price of the product.

Returns are accepted up to 10 days from the date of sale.

*Shipping for the replacement product will be at your expense.
